在概率论中，稳定分布（Stable distribution，又称为雷维偏阿尔法-稳定分布（Levy skew alpha-stable distribution））是一种连续概率分布，它是由保罗·皮埃尔·莱维发展起来的。在稳定分布中，独立同分布的随机变量之和及它们本身具有相同的分布。

更明确的说，如果为分布之独立随机变量，令为的线性组合，若之分布满足，则称为稳定分布。如果对于所有的、和，，则称为严格稳定。

In probability theory, a distribution is said to be stable (or a random variable is said to be stable) if a linear combination of two independent copies of a random sample has the same distribution, up to location and scale parameters. The stable distribution family is also sometimes referred to as the Lévy alpha-stable distribution, after Paul Lévy, the first mathematician to have studied it.
