斜纹夜盗虫（学名：Spodoptera litura）是鳞翅目夜蛾科的一种，俗称黑肚虫、土虫或行军虫。一年可发生 8~11 世代，初孵化的幼虫为灰绿色，具群集性，三龄以后幼虫渐转为黑色。幼虫昼伏夜出，杂食性，可危害多种作物如叶菜类、茼蒿、落花生、田菁、毛豆、红豆、青葱、玉米、花卉、瓜果类及印度枣、木瓜等果树等多种作物，幼虫食量极大，会大量啃食植株心梢及叶片，严重时常导致全园废耕。

斜纹夜盗蛾成虫体长约2公分，外观呈黑褐色，翅中央有一条宽长灰白斜带为其辨识特征，有趋光性，雌虫交尾后飞至植株叶背产下数 10 至数百粒卵，堆集成卵块，其上附有雌虫的鳞毛。

It is also known as the cluster caterpillar, cotton leafworm, tobacco cutworm, and tropical armyworm. It is found in the Indo-Australian tropics. It is also established on most Polynesian islands, where it occurs in a variety of island forms.
