水准管，又称管水准器、水平仪、水平尺或平水尺，是一种量度水平及铅直的测量工具，形状就像尺一样。

水准管最主要的组成部份，为两条装着有色酒精的细玻璃管，一条量度水平，另一条量度垂直。两条玻璃管镶于一条长方体的尺之上。玻璃管中间部份微微突出，两边刻划了两条平行线，管内有一个气泡。使用水准管进行量度时，用户需要把水准管贴实于对象表面，两条玻璃管其中一个气泡便会移向中间。假如气泡刚好在两条线的中间点，即表示对象表面是水平或垂直。精确的水准管，误差角度的角度仅于5秒之内。

由于玻璃管内的为乙醇酒精，故水准管在寒冷的天气也可使用。
