潮湿的饼干（Soggy biscuit），是都市性传说中的一种男性自慰游戏。在游戏中，参与者围着饼干站成一圈开始自慰，直到精液射到饼干上面，最后完成的人必须把饼干吃了。这个游戏起源于19世纪60年代的澳洲，在“SAO”这个商标流行后，澳洲也有一个叫“潮湿的SAO游戏”。
游戏名字可能会有些少变化，但是游戏主题并没有改变，在通俗文化中也会提及到。

Soggy biscuit (also known as ookie cookie, limp biscuit, wet biscuit, or cum on a cookie) is a male masturbation game reportedly played in schools, primarily British, where the participants stand around a biscuit masturbating until ejaculating onto it; the last person to do so must eat the biscuit.
