理乍得·弗朗西斯·伯顿（英语：Richard Francis Burton，1821年3月19日－1890年10月20日），英**官、探险家，翻译家。他与约翰·汉宁·斯皮克（John Hanning Speke，1827年—1864年）成为最早到达中部非洲坦噶尼喀湖的欧洲人。

据称伯顿能说29种语言，曾经翻译过《一千零一夜》。

Sir Richard Francis Burton KCMGFRGS (19 March 1821 – 20 October 1890) was a British explorer, geographer, translator, writer, soldier, orientalist, cartographer, ethnologist, spy, linguist, poet, fencer, and diplomat. He was known for his travels and explorations in Asia, Africa and the Americas, as well as his extraordinary knowledge of languages and cultures. According to one count, he spoke 29 European, Asian and African languages.
