半自动手枪（Semi-automatic pistol），又称自动装填手枪（self-loading pistol），是指可自动装填、手动发射的手枪，有时候也称为自动手枪。一般的半自手枪指可以自动装填、单发射击，用可拆式弹匣供弹，有空枪挂机设备，弹匣可携带6-15发子弹，部分型号甚至可装20发子弹。是现代军、警、民用的主流手枪。
