萨兰斯克 （Сара́нск；莫尔多维亚语：Саран ош）是俄罗斯莫尔多瓦共和国首府，2002年人口304,866人。

萨兰斯克人口大多数是俄罗斯族，约占85%，俄语也是该市的共同沟通语言。自从苏联解体后，萨兰斯克人口逐渐减少，主要原因是一些人出于经济因素迁往其它更大城市。

Saransk (Russian:Саранск;IPA: [sɐˈransk]) is the capital city of the Republic of Mordovia, Russia, as well as its financial and economic center. It is located in the Volga basin at the confluence of the Saranka and Insar Rivers, about 630 kilometers (390 mi) east of Moscow.
