波河（意大利语：Po）是意大利最长的一条河流。位于意大利北部，发源于阿尔卑斯山地区，向东在威尼斯附近注入亚得里亚海，全长652公里。流域面积71,000平方公里。

流经都灵。在伦巴第平原，以达芬奇参与设计的网状水道系统与米兰相连。在河口处形成广阔的三角洲，包括几百条细水道和五条主要水道（意大利文称作“Po di Maestra”，“Po della Pila”，“Po delle Tolle”，“Po di Gnocca”和“Po di Goro”）。有波河三角洲国立公园。

波河平原是意大利的主要农业区。中上游是人口密集的工业地带，三角洲出海口因为水文条件人口较烟少。

The Po (/poʊ/; Latin:Padus and Eridanus; Italian:Po [pɔ]; ancient Ligurian: Bodincus or Bodencus; Ancient Greek: Πάδος and Ἠριδανός) is a river that flows eastward across northern Italy. The Po flows either 652 km (405 mi) or 682 km (424 mi) – considering the length of the Maira, a right bank tributary. The headwaters of the Po are a spring seeping from a stony hillside at Pian del Re, a flat place at the head of the Val Po under the northwest face of Monviso (in the Cottian Alps). The Po ends at a delta projecting into the Adriatic Sea near Venice. It has a drainage area of 74,000 km² in all, 70,000 in Italy, of which 41,000 is in montane environments and 29,000 on the plain. The Po is the longest river in Italy; at its widest point its width is 503 m (1,650 ft). The Po extends along the 45th parallel north.
