米糠油，又称米油，是食油的一种，以糙米加工后米谷的皮衣（米糠）炼制。

米糠油色泽淡黄，沸点达254°C，适合炒及炸之用。米糠油有八成不饱和脂肪酸（单元不饱和脂肪酸占47%，多元不饱和脂肪酸占33%），加上有丰富维生素E及其他抗氧化物，因此被认为是健康的食油。米糠油属于不饱和度高的食用油，一般适合用来炒菜，油烟少也较不油腻。高品质的米糠油还可直接饮用，且可用来做凉拌菜。

米糠油主要在东亚，例如日本及中国使用。但由于其精炼过程复杂且成本高昂，因此一直未有普及。

It is notable for its high smoke point of 232 °C (450 °F) and its mild flavor, making it suitable for high-temperature cooking methods such as stir frying and deep frying. It is popular as a cooking oil in several Asian countries, including Bangladesh, Japan, India and China.
