《梨俱吠陀》（梵文：ऋग्वेद ṛgveda 全名《梨俱吠陀本集》，是由 ṛc“歌颂”和 veda“知识”两个词根构成的复合词），汉译名称为《歌咏明论》，是吠陀经中最早出现的一卷，成文于公元前16世纪到前11世纪，是除了赫梯语的文献外，在印欧语系语言中最古老的书籍。与其他文明的古老文献不同，它是以口传方式保存下来的。

The Rigveda (Sanskrit: ऋग्वेद ṛgveda, from ṛc "praise, shine" and veda "knowledge") is an ancient Indian collection of Vedic Sanskrit hymns. It is one of the four canonical sacred texts (śruti) of Hinduism known as the Vedas. The text is a collection of 1,028 hymns and 10,600 verses, organized into ten books (Mandalas). A good deal of the language is still obscure and many hymns as a consequence seem unintelligible.
