丙烯酰胺（学名：Acrylamide），其化学式为CH₂=CHCONH₂。在常温下为白色无味片状结晶，易溶于水（216g/100mL）、乙醇、醚及三氯甲烷。在常温下会分解为二甲基胺，或是受热分解为一氧化碳、二氧化碳、NO_x。丙烯酰胺是一种不饱和酰胺，在空气中或紫外线作用下会发生聚合反应。

丙烯酰胺通常被用作合成聚丙烯酰胺，此聚合物可作为水溶性增稠剂，用于污水处理、凝胶电泳、造纸、矿石处理、布料之免烫处理。一些丙烯酰胺也会被使用在染料制造和其它单体之制造。

Acrylamide (or acrylic amide) is a chemical compound with the chemical formula C₃H₅NO. Its IUPAC name is prop-2-enamide. It is a white odorless crystalline solid, soluble in water, ethanol, ether, and chloroform. Acrylamide decomposes in the presence of acids, bases, oxidizing agents, iron, and iron salts. It decomposes non-thermally to form ammonia, and thermal decomposition produces carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and oxides of nitrogen.
