雷焦艾米利亚（意大利语：Reggio nell'Emilia）位于意大利艾米利亚-罗马涅大区西北部，是雷焦艾米利亚省的首府。

此地在古罗马时代是军事重镇，也是司法中心，设有裁判法院。但一直至中世纪，仍只以农业为主，但也在此时开始，发展出贸易中心。此后该地统治权屡有易手。在1860年成为意大利王国一部分后，该地机械工业开始有所发展。

Reggio Emilia ([ˈreddʒo eˈmiːlja], also [ˈrɛddʒo]; Emilian:Rèz, Latin:Regium Lepidi) is a city in northern Italy, in the Emilia-Romagna region. It has about 170,000 inhabitants and is the main comune (municipality) of the Province of Reggio Emilia.

The town is also referred to by its more official name of Reggio nell'Emilia  listen . The inhabitants of Reggio nell'Emilia (called Reggiani) usually call their town by the simple name of Reggio. In some ancient maps the town is also named Reggio di Lombardia.
