伊利沙伯女皇地（英语：Queen Elizabeth Land）是英属南极领地的一部份，由威德尔海一直深入至南极点，在2012年12月18日命名前，该地无名称。

在2012年12月18日，英女皇伊利沙伯二世先后莅临伦敦唐宁街10号首相府和外交部本部参观，在参观外交本部期间，外相夏伟林宣布把英属南极领地一处占地169,000平方英里（约437,000平方公里）的国土命名为伊利沙伯女皇地。夏伟林形容命名的决定是对「女皇陛下登基钻禧一年步入尾声时表达合适的敬意」。

由于英属南极洲领地与阿根廷主张拥有的阿根廷属南极地区存有领土争端，因此阿根廷当局批评命名行动是「有组织的攻击」，并指这是英阿两国不久以前就英国海外领土福克兰群岛纠缠于主权争议后，英方的再一次「挑衅」。虽然如此，英政府已宣布所有英国出版的地图都会标示伊利沙伯二世地的地名。

Queen Elizabeth Land is a portion of mainland Antarctica named by the government of the United Kingdom and forming part of the British Antarctic Territory, which is the largest of the 14 British Overseas Territories. Situated south of Weddell Sea and between longitudes 20°W and 80°W, stretching from Filchner-Ronne Ice Shelf to the South Pole. That territory was unnamed until 2012, though most of it was unofficially known as Edith Ronne Land in 1947-68 and includes areas claimed by the United Kingdom, Chile and Argentina.
