腐胺（putrescine）是一种有机化合物，常温下为无色晶体或无色至微黄色液体。腐胺与尸胺一样，都是生物活体或尸体中蛋白质的氨基酸降解产生。

腐胺的分子式为NH₂(CH₂)₄NH₂ 。腐胺也被命名为1，4-丁二胺（1,4-diaminobutane）、1，4-二氨基丁烷（butanediamine）、四亚甲基二胺或腐肉碱。

这两种化合物是腐败物质散发的恶臭气体的主要成分，是口气、细菌性阴道炎等疾病病变部位产生的气味的原因。腐胺、尸胺及其它一些如精胺、亚精胺分子也被在精液和一些微生物如微藻中发现。

Putrescine, or tetramethylenediamine, is a foul-smelling organic chemical compound NH₂(CH₂)₄NH₂ (1,4-diaminobutane or butanediamine) that is related to cadaverine; both are produced by the breakdown of amino acids in living and dead organisms and both are toxic in large doses. The two compounds are largely responsible for the foul odor of putrefying flesh, but also contribute to the odor of such processes as bad breath and bacterial vaginosis. They are also found in semen and some microalgae, together with related molecules like spermine and spermidine.
