流程挖掘(英语：Process mining)，也叫工作流挖掘，是一种从工作流日志中提取有用信息的一种技术。例如，从ERP系统的工作流日志中寻找工作流模型，组织模型等。

目前工作流挖掘根据挖掘角度可以分为工作流模型挖掘、工作流组织结构挖掘、以及工作流工作分配等。

Process mining is a process management technique that allows for the analysis of business processes based on event logs. Process mining uses specialized data-mining algorithms to extract knowledge from event logs recorded by an information system. Process mining aims at efficiency and understanding of processes by providing techniques and tools for discovering process, control, data, organizational, and social structures from event logs. This is also known in the industry as Automated Business Process Discovery (ABPD)
