波托马克河（Potomac River），是美国东部的主要河流之一，全美第21大河流。

波托马克河有两个源头，北源发源于西弗吉尼亚州普雷斯顿县、格兰特县和塔克县交界处，南源发源于弗吉尼亚州高地县，二者在汉普夏县境内汇合后东流，后折向东南，成为马里兰州和西弗吉尼亚州、弗吉尼亚州和华盛顿哥伦比亚特区的边界，最终注入切萨皮克湾。

波托马克河全长约665公里，流域面积40,608平方公里，最大支流为南岸的谢南多亚河。

The Potomac River /pəˈtoʊmək/ ( listen ) is located along the mid-Atlantic coast of the United States and flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The river (main stem and North Branch) is approximately 405 miles (652 km) long, with a drainage area of about 14,700 square miles (38,000 km²). In terms of area, this makes the Potomac River the fourth largest river along the Atlantic coast of the United States and the 21st largest in the United States. Over 5 million people live within the Potomac watershed.
