Poninka (Ukrainian:Понінка) is an urban-type settlement in the Polonne Raion (district) of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast in western Ukraine. The town's population was 7,937 as of the 2001 Ukrainian Census and 7,440 in 2011.

The settlement was founded in 1740 and it received the status of an urban-type settlement in 1938.
