彼拉提斯（德语：Pilates，英语发音：/pɨˈlɑːtiːz/，德语：[piˈlaːtəs]），中国大陆多翻译为普拉提或普拉提斯，是由德国人约瑟夫·皮拉提斯（Joseph Pilates）在二十世纪发展的体适能（Physical fitness）运动。

约瑟夫·皮拉提斯为他开发的这项运动，由英语：Control（控制）创造了一个新字身体控制学（ 英语：Contrology），因为他相信，这项运动的核心，就在于对肌肉的控制。

Pilates (/pɪˈlɑːtɪz/; German:[piˈlaːtəs]) is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It is practiced worldwide, and especially in western countries such as Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. As of 2005, there were 11 million people practicing the discipline regularly and 14,000 instructors in the United States.
