生理耐受性（英语：Physiological tolerance），又称药物耐受性（英语：Drug tolerance）、耐药性，在药理学中常见的现象，在使用某种药物一段时间后，药物对这个人的效用逐渐减弱，发挥作用的时间变短，为了达成相同的效果，必须增加药物的使用量。药物耐受性的成因包括生理上的药物耐受性，以及心理因素。药物耐受性通常需要一段时间后才会产生，在短时间内快速产生的耐药性，称为快速耐受性（Tachyphylaxis）。
