法莫替丁（英语：Famotidine），是一种组胺H₂-受体拮抗剂，可以抑制胃酸的分泌。法莫替丁常用来治疗消化性溃疡和胃食管反流病。不同于第一种H2受体拮抗剂西咪替丁，法莫替丁对细胞色素P450酶系统无影响，所以不会与其他药物发生相互作用。

Famotidine, sold under the trade name Pepcid among others is a histamine H₂ receptor antagonist that inhibits stomach acid production. It is commonly used in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Unlike cimetidine, the first H₂ antagonist, famotidine has no effect on the cytochrome P450 enzyme system, and does not appear to interact with other drugs.
