In this paper we studied the simple history,principle,process and selective method of carrier and medium of production of acetone and butanol with fermentive method of clostridium aceto-butylicum.

The oil absorption value test clarifies that the surface oleophilic character of MnCO3 received on the condition that butanol, CTAB bulk ratio of 1:4 have been well improved.
