保克海峡（泰米尔语：பாக் சலசந்தி），是位于印度南角泰米尔纳德邦与斯里兰卡本岛之间的海峡，以罗伯特·保克之名命名。该海峡东北与孟加拉湾相连，西南与马纳尔湾相通，全长137公里，最窄处宽67公里。

保克海峡上有两条桥：罗摩桥（西方称亚当桥）和班本桥。

The Palk Strait (Tamil:பாக்கு சலசந்தி / பாக்கு நீரிணை) is a strait between the Tamil Nadu state of India and the Mannar district of the Northern Province of the island nation of Sri Lanka. It connects the Bay of Bengal in the northeast with the Palk Bay and thence with the Gulf of Mannar in the southwest. The strait is 33 to 50 miles (53 to 80 km) wide. Several rivers flow into it, including the Vaigai River of Tamil Nadu. The strait is named after Robert Palk, who was a governor of Madras Presidency (1755–1763) during the Company Raj period.
