开源码发展实验室（英语：Open Source Development Labs，简称OSDL），是一个全球性的非盈利组织，在2000年创建。它的宗旨在于推动Linux在企业层级的运用，希望成为Linux工业的核心。
在2007年1月22日，OSDL与自由标准社区联合成立Linux基金会。
