Nunamiut

The Nunamiut or Nunatamiut people (Iñupiaq Nunataaġmiut) are semi-nomadic inland Inupiat, located in northern and northwestern Alaskan interior, mostly around the Anaktuvuk Pass, Alaska, whose ancestors date back hundreds of years.

The name Nunatamiut means "people of the land."
