在音乐理论中，拿坡里六和弦（英语：Neapolitan sixth chord）是由上主三和弦的根音降低半音使其成为大三和弦，也有人把它译成那坡里六和弦。这和弦一般以第一转位(first invertion)的形式出现，因此有“六和弦”之称。“拿坡里六和弦”在乐理上的记号为“N6”，“N”是Neapolitan的缩写，“6”是六和弦的意思。

拿坡里六和弦是一种含有变化音的大六和弦，虽然含有变化音，但其和弦内部不含有特殊的变化音程，如增六度、减三度、增五度等。

In music theory, a Neapolitan chord (or simply a "Neapolitan") is a major chord built on the lowered second (supertonic) scale degree. Also, in Schenkerian analysis, it is known as Phrygian II, since in minor scales the chord is built on the notes of the corresponding Phrygian mode.
