西索瓦·莫尼旺（高棉语：ព្រះបាទ ស៊ីសុវតិ្ថ មុនីវង្ស，罗马化：Sisowath Monivong；1875年－1941年)，西索瓦国王的11子，母为万妃，毕业于法国军校，参加过第一次世界大战。由于他同法国的亲密关系，被法国当局推上了王位。1927年-1941年在位。

Sisowath Monivong (Khmer:ព្រះបាទ ស៊ីសុវត្ថិ៍ មុនីវង្ស, Khmer pronunciation: [siːsoʔʋat muʔniːʋoə̯ŋ]) (27 December 1875 – 24 April 1941) was the king of the French Protectorate of Cambodia from 1927 until his death in 1941. Monivong was the grandson of the poet-king Ang Duong, grandfather of Norodom Sihanouk and the great-grandfather of the current king, Norodom Sihamoni. His full regnal title and style was ព្រះបាទសម្តេចព្រះសិរីមុនីវរ្ម័នក្រុមហ្លួងចៅចក្របាងស្ស ស៊ីសុវត្ថិ មុនីវង្ស នៃព្រះរាជាណចក្រកម្ពុជា (Preah Bat Samdach Preah Serei Monivarman Krom Luang Chao Chakarbangsa Sisowath Monivong Nai Preah Reacheanachak Kampuchea) which is literally translated from the Khmerized Sanskrit as "His majesty, glorious lord scholar-protector; His highness, lord of land and sea, Sisowath Monivong of the Kingdom of Kampuchea".
