种阜草属（学名：Moehringia）是石竹科下的一个属，为一年生或多年生、纤弱草本植物。该属共有约20种，分布于北温带。

Moehringia is a genus of flowering plants in the family Caryophyllaceae. Members of this genus and of some other genera in Caryophyllaceae are commonly called sandworts. They are found only in the north temperate zone. Moehringia was established by Linnaeus in 1753. It is named after Paul Möhring.
