示范单位，是建筑师、地产发展商以（一比一）比例建筑物模型，展示其建筑发展项目的美好概念，又名陈列品。内容或许包括云石厨房、实木房门、意大利家具、水晶吊灯、仿烟花海景等；亦有一些示范单位会展示收楼（业权转让）时的物业单位面貌，又称为收楼标准。目的是吸引未来买家支持或购买该物业单位。

示范单位的出现即是该建筑物项目未曾准备实物参观，即是例如楼花销售。以示范单位卖楼有可能是其后的烂尾楼、缩水楼之类，若果发展商有此意图，又或者有心无力。

示范单位通常设置于交通方便的市区，而该建筑工地未必在同区。也有些是「地盘示范单位」，通常在该楼盘所在的地盘临时搭建。

A show house, also called a model home or display home, is a term for a "display" version of manufactured homes, or houses in a subdivision. They are used on newly built developments to show the living space and features of homes available.

They often have pieces of cardboard for "appliances" and use pieces of glass for the "food and drink", etc.
