民马罗巴区（MIMAROPA），是菲律宾西部一个大区，由马林杜克省、西民都洛省、东民都洛省、巴拉望省、朗布隆省等组成，区名来自于这些省的缩写。民马罗巴区总面积29,621平方公里，人口2,559,791人（2007年）。

Mimaropa, formally known as the Southern Tagalog Islands., is an administrative region in the Philippines, designated as Region IV-B. It is one of two regions in the country having no land border with another region, the other being Eastern Visayas. The name is an acronym combination of its constituent provinces: Mindoro (divided into Occidental Mindoro and Oriental Mindoro), Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan.
