军事工业复合体（英语：Military-Industrial Complex，MIC），也称军事工业国会复合体（Military-Industrial-Congressional Complex，MICC），中文简称军工复合体，是指一国之军队与私有产业以相关的政治经济利益而紧密结合而成的共生关系。于此关系中，由于军队过份仰赖私有产业提供武器及军需，而私有的国防产业又企图以政治游说（如为地方创造就业机会）等政经手段来确保政府对其的相关预算。这个名词最常被用于美国，而且是由第34任美国总统德怀特·戴维·艾森豪威尔在演说中首创的。

The military–industrial complex (MIC) is an informal alliance between a nation's military and the defense industry which supplies it, seen together as a vested interest which influences public policy. The term is most often used in reference to the system behind the military of the United States, where it gained popularity after its use in the farewell address of President Dwight D. Eisenhower on January 17, 1961, though the term is applicable to any country with a similarly developed infrastructure. In 2011, the United States spent more on its military than the next 13 nations combined, without consideration of spending versus GDP.
