梅克纳河（孟加拉语：মেঘনা নদী）是孟加拉三大河流（恒河、布拉马普特拉河、梅克纳河）之一，由源自印度东部山区的两条河流在孟加拉境内汇合而成，河道平均水深308米，最大深度490米。梅克纳河其后与博多河（恒河支流之一）汇合，称为贾木纳河，最终注入孟加拉湾，是恒河三角洲的一部分。

The Meghna River (Bengali:মেঘনা নদী) is one of the most important rivers in Bangladesh, one of the three that forms the Ganges Delta, the largest on earth fanning out to the Bay of Bengal. Being a part of the Surma-Meghna River System, Meghna is formed inside Bangladesh in Kishoreganj District above the town of Bhairab Bazar by the joining of the Surma and the Kushiyara, both of which originate in the hilly regions of eastern India as the Barak River. The Meghna meets its major tributary, the Padma, in Chandpur District. Other major tributaries of the Meghna include the Dhaleshwari, the Gumti, and the Feni. The Meghna empties into the Bay of Bengal in Bhola District via four principal mouths, named Tetulia (Ilsha), Shahbazpur, Hatia, and Bamni.
