卵叶女贞（学名：Ligustrum ovalifolium）为木犀科女贞属的植物。分布在日本以及中国大陆的中国等地，目前已由人工引种栽培。

Ligustrum ovalifolium, also known as California privet, garden privet, and oval-leaved privet, is a shrub in the privet genus Ligustrum.

The species is native to Japan and Korea. It is occasionally known as Japanese privet, but is not to be confused with Ligustrum japonicum which is predominantly called by that common name.
