杠杆租赁（Leveraged Lease）又称为第三者权益租赁（Third-party Equity Lease）、其乃是融资租赁的方式之一，是介于承租人、出租人及贷款人（Lenders）间的三边协定；是由出租人（租赁公司）本身拿出部分资金，然后加上贷款人提供的资金，以便购买承租人所欲使用的资产，并交由承租人使用；而承租人使用租赁资产后，应定期支付租赁费用。通常出租人仅提供其中20%~40%的资金，贷款人则提供60%~80%的资金，贷款人即获得设备的所有权。杠杆租赁主要用于资本密集型设备的长期租赁业务，例如飞机、卫星系统等。

A leveraged lease or leased lender is a lease in which the lessor puts up some of the money required to purchase the asset and borrows the rest from a lender. The lender is given a senior secured interest on the asset and an assignment of the lease and lease payments. The lessee makes payments to the lessor, who makes payments to the lender.
