拉普兰区是芬兰的一个行政区，位于芬兰最北部。2010年前这一地区组成为拉普兰省，又称拉皮省（芬兰语、萨米语：Lappi；瑞典语：Lappland）。该区面积98,946平方公里，2002年人口187,777人。首府罗瓦涅米。该区与俄罗斯、瑞典、挪威接壤。

Lapland (Finnish:Lappi; Northern Sami:Lappi; Swedish:Lappland; Russian:Лапландия) is the largest and northernmost region of Finland. The municipalities in the region cooperate in a Regional Council. Lapland borders the region of Northern Ostrobothnia in the south. It also borders the Gulf of Bothnia, Norrbotten County in Sweden, Finnmark County and Troms County in Norway, and Murmansk Oblast and the Republic of Karelia in Russia.
