兰德湾是南极洲的海湾，位于玛丽伯德地，处于格罗夫斯岛以东，宽70公里，由美国的探险队发现，名字取自兰德冰川，现时由南极条约体系管理。

Land Bay (75°25′S 141°45′W / 75.417°S 141.750°W / -75.417; -141.750) is an ice-filled bay, about 40 nautical miles (70 km) wide, indenting the coast of Marie Byrd Land, Antarctica, just eastward of Groves Island. It was discovered by the United States Antarctic Service (1939–41), and takes its name from Land Glacier which descends into the bay.
