黑石市（日语：黒石市／くろいしし）为一位于日本青森县及十和田八幡平国立公园西面入口的城市。

• 江户时代时为弘前藩的支藩，并于后期设置了黑石阵屋。
• 1954年（昭和29年）7月1日 - 南津轻郡黑石町、中乡村、六乡村、山形村、浅濑石村合并并市制施行为黑石市。
• 1956年（昭和31年）10月1日 - 南津轻郡尾上町追子野木被编入黑石市。
• 2004年（平成16年）7月1日 - 市制施行50周年。

Kuroishi(黒石市,Kuroishi-shi) is a city located in Aomori Prefecture in the northern Tōhoku region of Japan.

As of September 2015, the city had an estimated population of 33,803 and a population density of 156 persons per km. The total area was 217.05 square kilometres (83.80 sq mi).
