库纳施尔岛（俄语：Кунашир остров，罗马转写：Kunashir ostrov），或更常根据日文中的名称称为国后岛（日语：国后岛／くなしりとう，无论俄文还是日文名称都是源自此地原住民语言阿伊努语中的「クンネ・シリ」（kunne-sir，意指「黑岛」）），是俄罗斯远东联邦管区萨哈林州千岛群岛最南端的一座岛屿，俄罗斯与日本两国同时宣称拥有此岛主权（也就是所谓北方四岛争议），但实际上是由俄罗斯治理，并在岛上还驻有常备部队俄罗斯第18机枪炮兵师。

国后岛的地理位置在北海道岛东北，岛西与知床半岛上的罗臼町隔根室海峡相望，岛东北为国后水道。

Kunashir Island (Russian:Кунаши́р; Japanese:国後島, Kunashiri-tō; Ainu:クナシㇼ or クナシㇽ, Kunasir), possibly meaning Black Island or Grass Island in Ainu, is the southernmost island of the Kuril Islands, which is under the Russian jurisdiction.

It lies between the straits of Kunashir Island, Catherine, Izmena, and South Kuril. Kunashir Island is visible from the nearby Japanese island of Hokkaido, from which it is separated by the Nemuro Strait.
