福音书作者约翰（英语：John the Evangelist；希伯来语：יוחנן‎，Yoḥanan，Yôḥānān；希腊语：Εὐαγγελιστής Ἰωάννης；拉丁语：Ioannes Evangelista，约生活于西元一世纪），又称传福音者约翰，天主教汉译圣史若望，是基督教会对《约翰福音》、《约翰一书》、《约翰二书》与《约翰三书》作者的称呼。

传统上，基督教会认为他即是十二使徒中的约翰，耶稣所爱的门徒，也是《启示录》作者拔摩岛的约翰。但是从西元二世纪以来，这就存在着许多争议，其他的教会传统有不同看法。现代学者认为，福音书作者约翰、《启示录》作者拔摩岛的约翰、以及使徒约翰，可能是三个不同的人。

John the Evangelist (also John the Theologian or John the Divine; Greek: Εὐαγγελιστής Ἰωάννης) is traditionally regarded as the author of the Gospel of John and other Johannine literature in the New Testament: the three Epistles of John and the Book of Revelation.
