石卷市（日语：石巻市／いしのまきし）是位于宫城县东部的一市。为宫城县内人口第二大城市。

Ishinomaki(石巻市,Ishinomaki-shi) is a city located in Miyagi Prefecture, in the Tohoku region of northern Japan. As of September 2015, the city has an estimated population of 145,805 and a population density of 263 persons per km². The total area was 554.50 square kilometres (214.09 sq mi).
