吐根酊（或称为吐根糖浆，Syrup of ipecac或Ipecacuanha tincture）是一种利用亚摩尼亚浸吐根（Ipecacuanha，学名：Psychotria ipecacuanha）的根与地下茎（Rhizome）而提取的物质，是一种天然的催吐剂（Emetics）与袪痰剂（Expectorant）。它通常用在意外的中毒中，也是最知名的催吐剂（Emetics）。吐根酊也用在镇咳袪痰液（cough mixture）中当作袪痰剂（Expectorant）。而从18世纪到20世纪初期，吐根酊与鸦片用来制作糖浆形式的杜佛氏散（Dover's powder，或称吐根阿片散与复方吐根散）。

Syrup of ipecac (/ˈɪpᵻkæk/), commonly referred to as ipecac, is a drug that was once used as a cough syrup and to induce vomiting. It is obtained from the dried rhizome and roots of Carapichea ipecacuanha from which it derives its name.
