人际沟通（Interpersonal communication）指的是人与人之间的双向沟通的传播方式，通过2人以上或团体之间分享而发送消息。经研究发现，词语表达仅能传递7%的意思，声调可以传达38%的意思，而非语言沟通（Nonverbal Communication）则能传达55%的意思。两个人所表达同样一个词语，但传递出来给接受者的认知可能不同，主因是在于各种文化彼此间差异、人们对消息选择性的接受与认知、模凌两可、防卫心理及环境干扰等因素所造成。
