华特迪士尼幻想工程（Walt Disney Imagineering，简称：WDI）是华特迪士尼公司旗下的开发部门，负责设计建造世界各地的迪士尼主题乐园。由华特·迪士尼在1952年规划加州迪士尼乐园时成立，最初以创办人全名华特·艾利斯·迪士尼（Walter Elias Disney）的缩写命名为「WED企业」（WED Enterprises）。

公司英文名称中的「Imagineering」（幻想工程）是一个混成词，在1940年代由美国铝业公司使用并造成流行，意为结合想像（imagination）与工程（engineering）。之后华特·迪士尼借用了这个名词，代表部门内员工的特质与能力，将WDI的员工称为「幻想工程师」（Imagineers）。

Walt Disney Imagineering Research & Development, Inc. (also known as WDI or simply Imagineering) is the design and development arm of The Walt Disney Company, responsible for the creation and construction of Disney theme parks worldwide. Founded by Walt Disney to oversee the production of Disneyland, it was originally known as WED Enterprises, from the initials meaning "Walter Elias Disney", the company founder's full name.
