不相干的谬误（fallacies of relevance）或分散注意力的谬误（fallacies of distraction）是指论证的前提和结论毫无逻辑关联的不当推理方式，这种情况又称不相干的结论（irrelevant conclusion）或制造伪冒理据。

亦有人将提出与原来的争议主题毫无关联的主张或论证归类为不相干的谬误，这种情况也称作歪曲论题（ignoratio elenchi）或制造伪冒论题。

伪冒论题和伪冒理据有时没有明确区别，例如「这家伙是既得利益者，当然会主张为富人节税！」较似伪冒论题，而「这家伙是既得利益者，当然会主张为富人节税！因此不该接受他那件为富人节税的提议。」则较似伪冒理据。

Ignoratio elenchi, also known as irrelevant conclusion, is the informal fallacy of presenting an argument that may or may not be logically valid, but fails nonetheless to address the issue in question. More colloquially, it is also known as missing the point.
