Hurghada (/hərˈɡædə, -ˈɡɑː-/; Arabic:الغردقةel-Ġardaqa Egyptian Arabic pronunciation:[el ɣæɾˈdæʔæ]) is a city in the Red Sea Governorate of Egypt. It is a main tourist center and the third largest Egyptian city (after Suez and Ismailia) located on the Red Sea coast.
