Yakudza vicarius

Yakudza vicarius is a moth in the Cossidae family and only species in the genus Yakudza. It was described by Walker in 1865. It is found in China, Russia and Japan. The habitat consists of nemoral forests.

The length of the forewings is 18–23 mm for males and 27–31 mm for females. The forewings have a narrow marginal line, next to a light-grey area followed by a long brown patch. The hindwings are uniform dark.
