赫尔南多县（英语：Hernando County, Florida），是位于美国佛罗里达州的一个县，位于佛罗里达半岛西岸，西临墨西哥湾。面积1,626平方公里。根据美国人口调查局2000年统计，共有人口130,802人。县治布鲁克斯维（Brooksville）。

成立于1843年2月24日。县名纪念西班牙探险家德索托（Hernando De Soto）。本州另有德索托县纪念之。

Hernando County is a county located in the U.S. state of Florida. As of the 2010 census, the population was 172,778. Its county seat is Brooksville, and its largest community is Spring Hill.

Hernando County is included in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, FL Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of 2005, Hernando was the 35th fastest-growing county in the country.
