赫尔曼德河（波斯语：هیرمند‎）是阿富汗最长的河流，河道全长1,150公里，发源自喀布尔以西约80公里的兴都库什山脉，流往阿富汗和伊朗接壤的边境，在河上兴建的水坝用作水力发电。

对于其他没有流入大海的河流，赫尔曼德河的盐份相对较低，河水被阿富汗的农民用于灌漑农作物。
