FundAmerica

FundAmerica (tm) is a provider of crowdfunding compliance and technology solutions. Originally founded in 2012 as "Arctic Island", the name was changed in 2013 to FundAmerica after acquiring the domain "fundamerica.com".

FunAmerica is made up of 3 entities, a the parent company, FundAmerica Technologies, LLC, and two wholly owned subsidiaries: FundAmerica Securities, LLC, an SEC registered, FINRA member, SIPC insured broker-dealer; & FundAmerica Stock Transfer, LLC, an SEC registered transfer agent. In 2013 a second round of funding raised $1.4 million to help bring the crowdfunding platform to market.
