埃斯梅拉达县（Esmeralda County, Nevada），美国内华达州西南部的一个县，西南邻加利福尼亚州。面积9,295平方公里，根据美国人口调查局2005年数字，共有人口1,276人，是全州人口最少的县。县治戈尔德菲尔德 （Goldfield）。

成立于1861年11月23日，是该州最早的九个县之一。县名是西班牙语「绿宝石」的意思，据说源自早期开矿者以维克多·雨果《巴黎圣母院》中的吉普赛女郎为其矿坑命名。该县在1900年代出现过淘金热，在1910年代末期矿床枯竭，经济亦随之衰落。

该州最高点邦德里峰 (Boundary Peak)位于本县。

Esmeralda County is a county in the west of U.S. state of Nevada. As of the 2010 census, the population was 783, making it the least populous county in Nevada. Esmeralda County has no incorporated communities. Its county seat is the Census Designated Place of Goldfield.
