Flatulence fetishism

Flatulence fetishism, or eproctophilia (more colloquially known as a fart fetish) is the sexual arousal by flatulence. One case, documented in the Archive of Sexual Behaviors by a University of Nottingham researcher, reports that eproctophiles "are said to spend an abnormal amount of time thinking about farting and flatulence and have recurring intense sexual urges and fantasies involving farting and flatulence."
